Relaunch of Onlinesicherheit.gv.at
Since today the ICT Security Platform (onlinesicherheit.gv.at) presents itself in a new fashion: clearer arranged, practical and always on the pulse of time. In accordance to the motto “towards a better security in the digital world” the platform offers vital information about current security risks, technology trends, prevention and first-aid measures. Recommendations about free security tools help to implement these security tips. Furthermore, the newly created first-aid section supports affected persons in case of emergencies, by providing information regarding reporting and consulting points, malware removal and data recovery.
Founder of the platform onlinesicherheit.gv.at, which went live in 2013, are the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF), the Federal Chancellory (BKA) and the Secure Information Technology Center Austria (A-SIT). Multiple cooperating partners provide up-to-date content as well.
